Karachi fire: factory building declared dangerous

KARACHI: The building of unfortunate garment factory, gutted in Baldia Town area, has been declared dangerous and the street leading toward this has been blocked by placing containers, Geo News reported.

This was stated by DIG West Naeem Bharoka while Talking to media here. He said the dilapidated building could collapse at any time and its debris could spread upto 500 mitres, adding that keeping in view this, campus of a political party and families of the victims are being removed from surrounding.

The DIG further said the street leading towards unfortunate building has been blocked by placing containers to save lives.
