DALLAS: Police and the autopsy report of Mansoor Shah, a popular Pakistani American community leader and former president of Pakistan Society of North Texas (PSNT), claimed it as a suicide case. However, on the insistence of Shah's family members the second autopsy was performed and again reported with the same outcome.

Shah was found dead in his car in Arlington's United Central Bank's parking lot.

Tarrant County Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Nizam Pirwani who was heading the post mortem performing team, while talking to Jang/Geo News correspondent explained as what factors lead him to conclude this as a suicide case. Upon responding to a question as how a person can shot two fires in a suicide case. He replied that he had seen a case where a person had shot six fires to his chest.

Dr. Pirwani said that one bullet hit Mr. Shah under his chin which crossed his tongue and exited from his cheek. However this was not the fatal wound and Mr. Shah was in his senses as none of the body vital organs stopped functioning from this injury. So, the second fire on his head which was fired on the temple was the fatal one.

Responding to a question as how they concluded that Mr. Shah was the one fired the bullets; Dr. Pirwani said that they found blood in his stomach that was from his first wound; clearly Mr. Shah must be alive to swallow blood to his stomach with his saliva. His hand and the gun he was holding had the same blood.

This shows that he was the one who fired the first bullet by which his hands were full with his own blood and had fired second bullet to end his life. Dr. Pirwani said that no signs of drug or alcohol were present in Mr. Shah's stomach. This shows that Mr. Shah was in complete control of his senses.

Dr. Pirwani said that he does not have an answer for why Mr. Shah committed suicide, however, as a doctor and medical examiner this was my ruling based on the evidence collected from the autopsy. He said that he has an authority of a district judge and can only be challenged in an appellate court in United States.

He said that he has all his sympathy with Mr. Shah's family and he think that Mr. Mansoor Shah was a very good Pakistani community leader; however the facts came out of the post mortem lead to his conclusion.

On the other hand investigation of Mr. Mansoor Shah's case is going on, where local police has asked the local phone company to provide data to know as whom Mr. Shah had talked before his death.

A Mercedes car company is also asked to find different locations where he drove his car that day. Police is further investigating as what were different prescribed medicines Mr. Shah was taking as to discover as what were the circumstances that forced Mr. Shah to take his own life.

The entire Pakistani American community of Dallas Fort Worth was very curious to find out the cause of Mr. Shah's death. A conclusive post mortem report however has ruled out speculations of homicide. The mystery remains as why a person like Mansoor Shah had to commit a suicide?
