CJP in Quetta to attend NJPMC meet

QUETTA: Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry, Friday arrived here to attend a meeting of National Judicial (Policymaking) Committee (NJPMC) scheduled for Saturday (October 6, 2012), Geo News reported.

Moreover a three-member bench with CJP in chair will also resume the hearing on a constitutional petition regarding law and order situation in Balochistan here at the Supreme Court’s Quetta Registry.

The Balochistan High Court Bar Association had filed the said petition.
