DI Khan: Grenade attack leaves 1 dead, 7 injured

DERA ISMAIL KHAN: At least one person was killed and seven other were injured in a hand grenade attack on a police officer's house, Geo News reported on Sunday.

According to police, unidentified men hurled a grenade at the house of a Station House Officer (SHO) and fled the scene. Shrapnel from the exploding grenade killed one person and injured seven others.

The dead and the injured were shifted to a nearby hospital.

Police have launched an investigation into the incident.
