PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has decided to suspend mobile service in six districts of the province on 9th and 10th Muharram-ul-Haram, Geo News reported.

According to sources in the provincial home ministry, the mobile service will remain suspended in the six districts which have been declared sensitive. These included Peshawar, Kohat, Mansehra, Haripur, Tank and Dera Ismail Khan.

As per the decision, the cellular service would remain cut from 6:00 AM on Muharram 9 to 11:00 PM on Muharram 10.
