4 injured resisting robbery in Karachi

KARACHI: Four persons of the same family were injured while resisting the robbers, who had barged into their residence in Baldia Town area here, Geo News reported on Wednesday.

Police said that some armed persons barged into a residential house near Jungle School in Baldia Town and started looting cash and jewelry, which was resisted by the residents, who were overpowered, tortured and then fired upon, injuring four of them.

The injured have been shifted to the Civil Hospital for medical aid.

Talking to media, the residents said that the accused have fled away looting cash and jewelry worth lacs.
