National Assembly resumes its session today

ISLAMABAD: The National Assembly (NA) will resume its session today (Monday) to take on important national issues including dual nationality, Accountability Bill 2012, delimitation of constituencies in Karachi and construction of Kalabagh Dam.

The session will begin at 5 PM in which government is likely to table the accountability bill. However, the discussion on the bill is not part of the agenda on first day.

The opposition has decided to oppose the bill.

Similarly‚ the Senate will begin its new session on Wednesday, which will also take host of national issues including legislative business.
