Ruet-e-Hilal Committee to meet today

KARACHI: The meeting of Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee for sighting of Safar-ul-Muzaffar moon will be held Friday (29th of Muharram-ul-Haram, December 14) in Karachi, Geo News reported.

Chairman Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Mufti Munib-ur-Rehman will preside over the meeting to sight the moon of second Islamic month here at the office of Meteorological department.

Meanwhile, the zonal and district Ruet-e-Hilal Committees will hold their meetings at their respective stations after Asr prayers, after which the Central Committee will finalise the decision regarding moon sighting.
