ISLAMABAD: PTI chief Imran Khan’s remarks regarding the allocation of special seats to women in the National Assembly caused anger amongst the female MNAs in the lower house of the parliament on Monday, Geo News reported.

PPP leader Shehnaz Wazir Ali condemned Imran Khan’s statement and said that special seats were allocated for the women in all the parliaments.

ANP leader Jameela Gilani said that Khan was denying existence of half of the population of the country. PML-N member Anoshay Rehman challenged educational ability of the former cricketer, adding that law minister and other parliamentarian should take notice of Khan’s statement.

She asked as to how long the people outside the parliament would continue humiliating the lawmakers.
