Bashir Bilour desired 'Shahadat': brother

PESHAWAR: Ghulam Ahmed Bilour, one of the brothers of Bashir Ahmed Bilour, Saturday said the latter had wished to embrace 'Shahadat'.

In his reaction to the assassination of Bashir Bilour in today's suicide attack in here, Ghulam Ahmed Bilour said his brother used to say: "Rather than dying bit by bit on a street it would be more desirable for me to get raised to the status of Shahadat."

Senior Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bashir Ahmed Bilour breathed his last on Saturday in Peshawar's Lady Reading Hospital after receiving critical wounds in a suicide attack in Peshawar.
