Tauqeer Sadiq will be arrested till Dec 31: IG Punjab

LAHORE: Inspector General Police (IGP) Punjab, Haji Habib-ur-Rehman has said that former chairman OGRA, Tauqeer Sadiq is abroad, however, he would be arrested till December 31, Geo News reported.

Speaking to media in ‘Meet the Press’ at Lahore Press Club, IGP said Supreme Court had given a target to police for arresting Tauqeer Sadiq.

Haji Habib-ur-Rehman said he had worked hard practically to make Punjab crime free, adding 60 police officials had been martyred in 350 encounters in the province.
