PESHAWAR: Federal Railway Minister Ghulam Ahmed Bilour Thursday said that the Taliban’s offer for negotiation is an attempt to create division among political parties.

Talking to Geo news here on Thursday, Bilour said that if their offer was based upon good faith then his party would take decision about it.

The minister said that Taliban’s statement seemed to be written by some intelligent politician. He said that the statement is an attempt to create division among political parties especially separation of ANP and MQM with other political parties.

Replying to a query about the negotiations with Taliban, Ghulam Bilour said that his party would decide after holding consultations.

“We never had enmity with Taliban and none of the ‘Talib’ was killed but still they attacked us,” he said.
