Cellular services to remain suspended on Chehlum

ISLAMABAD: The mobile phone services will remain suspended in different areas of all the provinces as part of security arrangements in the wake of Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (R.A)on Thursday, Geo News reported.

According to details, the services would be blocked in the six districts of Sindh, six districts of Khyber Pakhunkhwa, 18 districts of Punjab, nine districts of Balochistan and Gilgit Baltistan from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Security arrangements have been finalized for the processions of Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (R.A) and his companions who sacrificed their lives in Karbala.
