Upon identifying the accused the witness testified that Siraj Talpur opened fire at Shahzeb while Sajjad Talpur asked him to open more fire screaming: “Open more fire… Shahzeb is alive”

The witness said the third accused Ghulam Murtaza Lashari had also said aloud; “Kill him… Shahzeb is alive”

Earlier, the accused were brough to the court amid tight security in an Armoured Personnel Vehicle (APC).

Moreover, a division bench of the Lahore High Court on Wednesday granted bail to Skindar Jatoi, father of Shahrulkh Jatoi accused of killing Shahzeb Khan and who is still at large.

Jatoi, whose non-bailable arrest warrants were issued by an anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Karachi, moved a bail plea in the LHC through his counsel seeking bail. He prayed that he wanted to appear before the Supreme Court of Pakistan and feared arrest.

The bench disposed of the plea after granting Sikandar Jatoi bail.
