Shahrukh arrest not possible without Interpol warrants

KARACHI: Shahrukh Jatoi, a prime suspect into the murder of Shahzeb Khan, cannot be arrested in Dubai until the issuance of arrest warrants by the Interpol, Geo News reported Wednesday.

Sources said that it was essential to obtain red warrants from the Interpol to arrest the accused. Arresting Shahrukh Jatoi is not possible in Dubai until the international warrants are issued by the Interpol.

Presently Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only have an extradition treaty between them.
