Indian army chief retracts from Jan 6 violation of ceasefire on LoC

NEW DELHI: Indian Army Chief General Bikram Singh has retracted from his military’s January 6 attack on Line of Control (LoC).

Addressing a press conference here on Monday, the Indian army chief said that no operation was carried out on January 6.

He said that strong protest would be lodged with Pakistan on LoC matter during a flag meeting which is scheduled to be held today at 1 PM.
