Cellular services suspended in parts of capital

ISLAMABAD: Cellular services have been suspended in parts of the federal capital till 9:00 pm, Geo News reported.

Sources said that the Pakistan Tele Communication Authority issued orders for the suspension of the services following the interior ministry’s directives.

Services would remain suspended in Tarnol, Rawat, Saudi Pak Tower, Blue Area, Murree, Barakahu, Chak Shehzad, Peshawar Road, Faizabad, Sector G-9, F-10, I-10, I-11, F-9 Park. According to sources, services would also remain suspended in Chakwal, Attock, Jhelum, Gojar Khan, Rawalpindi and Hasanabdad.
