Presidential order for Balochistan governor’s rule issued

ISLAMABAD: A presidential order authorizing Balochistan governor to assume his powers to run the provincial government has been issued, Geo News reported Monday.

The order also barring the chief minister and provincial ministers from working, says the government could not work constitutionally given the prevailing circumstances.

It said the governor’s rule had been imposed for two months evoking article 234 of the Constitution.
