ISLAMABAD: Mobile phone services, which had been suspended upon the arrival of Allama Tahir-ul-Qadri’s long marchers were restored partially after a few hours here in the federal capital, Geo News reported.

Interior Minister, Rehman A Malik, earlier ordered a cellular blackout as a security measure.

The mobile coverage went down in all the areas the sit-inners marched past.

The services of two cellular companies started resuming selectively around 5:00 AM.
