PESHAWAR: Protest demonstration in front of Peshawar High Court against killings of eighteen people ended following talks between protesters and district administration, Geo News reported.
According to details, victims of Bara incident held a protest in front of Peshawar High Court and a huge number of students of Tehreek e Mutasireen e Bara, Jamiat Ulema e Islam (JUI), Jamat e Islami (JI) and Pakistan Tehreek Insaf (PTI) were present in the demonstration.
On the Occasion, protesters appealed to Chief Justice of Pakistan to take suo motto action against the incident of brutality.
Demand of giving up operation in Tehseel Bara was raised by protesters while resignation of Governor Khyber Pukhunkhwa (KPK) was also demanded.
After talks with district administration, protesters ended sit-in and disperse themselves peacefully.
