ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has decided to resume hearing of Gun and Country Club case, Geo News reported on Monday.
Chief Justice of Pakistan, Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary, being a member of the club, has separated himself from the case. Now, a two-judge bench, comprising Justice Gulzar Ahmad and Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed will hear the case.
Previously, a three-judge bench, headed by CJP was hearing the case of the allotment of additional 28 acres prime land at minimal rates to Gun and Country Club. The court had reserved its ruling in the last hearing.
