Talks will be held with extremists before election: Iftikhar

PESHAWAR: Information Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mian Iftikhar Hussain has said that negotiations would be held with extremists before elections, Geo News reported.

Talking to media here Tuesday, Mian Iftikhar said they were making efforts to bring peace in the region and for this talks would be held with extremist elements prior to elections.

He clarified that negotiation agenda would be prepared with consensus in All Parties Conference, in which Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and PML-N would be part of this process.

KPK minister said they were trying to initiate dialogue process at the earliest.
