KARACHI: Unidentified gunmen killed two persons and injured another on Kashmir Road Monday morning, Geo News reported.

According to police, unknown attackers riding a motorcycle targeted three men on Kashmir Road and opened fire. As a result of firing, three men were critically injured who were rushed to Civil Hospital by rescue teams.

Two victims, Farhan and Riaz, could not survive the injuries and died after reaching the hospital while Kamran is still under treatment.

Police reached the spot soon after the incident and started investigation.

Moreover, President Karachi Electronics and Small Traders Association Muhammad Irfan, who was shot and injured on Thursday night, died of his wounds at a local hospital late on Sunday night.

He was attacked by unknown assailants near Abdullah College. Trader fraternity has announced to shut their businesses to protest the killing on Monday.

At least eleven people were killed in different parts of the city in the ongoing spate of targeted killings on Sunday.
