Kamran case: NAB PG expresses no confidence on bench

ISLAMABAD: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Prosecutor General (PG) on resumption of the Kamran Faisal case hearing by a division bench of the Supreme Court expressed his no confidence on the bench on Monday here, Geo News reported.

The bench comprises of Justice Jawad S Khawaja and Justice Khilji Arif Hussain.

As the NAB Prosecutor General K.K. Agha expressed his no confidence on the bench, Justice Jawad S Khawaja asked him to submit his reservations in writing.

Justice Khilji Arif during the hearing said that if the reasons for no confidence found tenable, then it might be considered.

Prosecutor general requested for some time and until then the hearing be adjourned.
