ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Law, Farooq H Naiek, said that President Asif Ali Zardari would take action only if Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Fasih Bukhari, tenders an unconditional resignation, Geo News reported Thursday.

Talking to media men in Islamabad Farooq H Naiek said, a confrontation with the judiciary would be last thing that government would ever want, adding a statement on this could be issued after Supreme Court’s order on Presidential reference.

The president has tasked the experts with an opinion on Fasih Bukhari’s letter, which was under review right now, said Naek.
