SOUTH WAZIRISTAN: A day after high-level Afghan delegation headed by Defence Minister Gen Bismillah Muhammadi left for Kabul after paying visit to Islamabad, a cross border attack from Afghanistan in South Waziristan Agency killed at least six people.
Sources confirmed that mortal shells were fired in Pakistani territory that resulted in the killing of six people.
The sources said that identities of those killed were yet to be known.
The Afghan delegation, during its visit met Pakistan military chief and thanked Islamabad’s civilian and army leadership for releasing senior Afghan Taliban figures to assist peace process to end foreign forces’ decade long combat mission in Afghanistan.
