ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court on Tuesday expressed dismay over absence of Secretary Home in Memogate case hearing, Geo News reported.

The Home Secretary had to apprise the court about security measures pertaining to arrival of Hussain Haqqani in Pakistan.

Eight-member bench of the apex court, headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry is hearing Memo case.

The CJ said home secretary was issued notice on the previous hearing for appearing before court today (Tuesday).
