Karachi firing, violence claims three dead

KARACHI: Three persons were killed in firing and violence incidents in different parts of the mega-metropolis city here, Geo News reported.

While the man who sustained injury yesterday at Khokarapar succumbed during treatment.

Police said that a body was recovered from a sewage drain at Surjani Town. Two persons were wounded in firing at Baloch Goth in Orangi Town of them one was in serious condition.

Earlier, one person was gunned down by some unknown persons’ firing near Valika Hospital in Peerabad area, while on person’s tortured body was recovered at Landhi No. 4, who was murdered after kidnapping.
One of the four persons shot and injured yesterday at Khokarapar in Malir succumbed to his injuries today.

The guard, Waheed Khan, on duty outside the office of the DIG Investigation located beside the Docks Police station, was injured in firing by six accused riding three motorcycles.

Some unknown persons kidnapped one Nadeem at Sherpao Colony tortured him and then left him at Awami Colony with gunshot wounds.

One person was injured, while resisting the dacoits who had barged into his house at Federal ‘B’ Area.
