KARACHI: MQM lawmaker and member of its coordination committee Wasim Aftab said that government would have to take action against Lyari’s banned Peace Committee.
Speaking to media after offering funeral prayer of two traders killed on Thursday, he said that Lyari gangsters were being completely patronized.
The lawmaker said that the terrorists had previously shot dead 11 traders in Shershah Kabari market and the acts of terrorism were still continuing.
Aftab said that the PPP would have to end its enmity with Karachi, taking action against the Lyari Peace Committee. He added that the action was needed to unite Sindh and people of Karachi would free in taking their decision if the government failed to take action against the terrorists.
