Karachi: Rangers detain 11, recover arms

KARACHI: Rangers detained 11 suspects and recovered different kind of arms from their custody during targeted operation in different parts of Karachi, Geo News reported.

According to details, the paramilitary force conducted operation in Metroville, SITE Orangi Town and Pak colony Old Golimar from 6:00AM to 9:00AM.

Rangers arrested six suspects from Metroville SITE Orangi Town and recovered 40 arms, while five were arrested from Pak colony Old Golimar area.

Political activists are also among the detained persons.

The recovered weapons also included licenced arms that are taken into custody for investigation.
