Land scam case: Accused to be indicted on March 2

RAWALPINDI: Twelve accused including Malik Riaz and Ali Riaz will be indicted in 1401 kanal land fraud case in the Lahore High Court (LHC) Rawalpindi Bench on March 2, Geo News reported.

LHC Rawalpindi Bench approved a petition seeking exemption for Malik Riaz’s presence in the court for the day during hearing of the 1401 kanal land scam case here today.

Meanwhile March 2 has been fixed for the indictment of the 12 accused including Malik Riaz and Ali Riaz.
