Deadline of degrees verification not yet expired: ECP

ISLAMABAD: Additional Secretary of Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Afzal Khan has said that the deadline regarding verification of academic degrees has not expired.

The secretary said that the parliamentarians after receiving a letter from the ECP could send their degrees to Higher Education Commission (HEC) in 15 days to get their degrees verified.

Afzal Khan welcomed the formation of parliamentary committee that would hold talks with the commission over degrees verification issue.
