JI leader Sirajul Haq arrested in Lower Dir

LOWER DIR: Central Vice Amir of the Jamaat-I-Islami Sirajul Haq has been arrested, Geo News reported Wednesday.

According to a JI spokesman, Sirajul Haq was booked in a case for a protest against a military operation in Bajaur in 2008 and he had been on bail.

A civil judge in Lower Dir today cancelled his bail and issued arrest orders.
