Punjab sacked 71 young doctors reinstated

LAHORE: The government of Punjab Friday reinstated the 71 young doctors, who were earlier relieved from their services on the charges of continued absence and other irregularities, Geo News reported.

Following successful negotiations between the government and the young doctors, the government reinstated the 71-sacked doctors.

Punjab health department spokesman said that the show cause notices and transfer orders issued along with the dismissal and suspension of doctors have also been withdrawn.
