MQM’s Syed Sardar notified as opposition leader in SA

KARACHI: The Sindh Assembly finally got opposition leader on Wednesday as Speaker Nisar Ahmed Khoro notified Muttahida Qaumi Movement lawmaker Syed Sardar Ahmed for the post.

Nisar Khoro said that the MQM had submitted an application carrying signatures of 38 lawmakers for appointment of its opposition leader.

He said the notification has also been issued in this regard.
