ISLAMABAD: Election Commission of Pakistan member from Sindh has reportedly not signed the draft of nomination papers, the ECP ordered for printing without the approval of the president, Geo News reported.
It has learnt that ECP Sindh member Roshan Esani had different viewpoint and written note of dissent on the draft nomination papers.
Roshan Esani has a stance that the president had authority to approve nomination papers, adding that sending these documents for printing without the approval by the head of the state is not fair.
It may be noted here that ECP has ordered printing of nomination papers without the endorsement of the president.
