KARACHI: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Friday sent six accused allegedly involved in Abbas Town blast on 14-day physical remand.
Khairuddin , Muhammad Ishaq, Inamullah, Muhammad Shafique, Alam Sher Mehsud and Irfan were produced before ATC judge Khalida Yasin amid tight security.
Investigation officer prayed the court that the accused booked for their involvement in murder, attempted murder and bomb blats be remanded in police custody.
The accused told the judge that they were residents of Waziristan, Wana and Tanak and were living in Karachi for employment.
Accepting IO’s request the judge remanded the accused in police custody for 14 days.
The accused are said to be associated with the outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan and were arrested during a raid in Surjani Town on Thursday.
