KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah Friday said that for the very first time in the history of Pakistan and Sindh province, assembly passed all the bills and resolutions unanimously in its tenure of four years and nine months, while members of the house solved public problems on their own, Geo News reported.
Thanking to all the members of Sindh Assembly for legislations, Qaim Ali Shah said that when the government came to rule, the country was facing various problems including terrorism but the idea of reconciliation given by President Zardari helped democratic government complete its tenure.
Paying tribute to Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain, Shah said that the MQM supremo supported the government during difficult times.
during the session lawmakers paid tribute to Speaker Sindh Assembly Nisar Khoro for his performance . Nisar Khoro said that the lawmakers remained active and highlighted public problems in assembly.
