Court declares ex-OGRA chairman Tauqeer Sadiq proclaimed offender

RAWALPINDI: Accountability Court Rawalpindi has declared former OGRA chairman Tauqeer Sadiq a proclaimed offender and ordered confiscation of his property, Geo News reported.

Accountability Court Judge Shahid Hafeez heard the ex-OGRA chairman corruption case. NAB prosecutor requested for punishment under 31A due to continuous absence of Sadiq from the court proceedings.

Later, the court declared Tauqeer Sadiq a proclaimed offender and ordered to seize his property.

The case hearing was adjourned till April 18.
