New public prosecutor appointment declared invalid in Shahzen murder case

KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) Tuesday, declaring the appointment of a new public prosecutor in the Shahzeb murder case invalid, directed Sindh Prosecutor General not to make a replacement by appointment of any other prosecutor.

Justice Maqbool Baqar hearing the case in the chamber disposed off the petition filed by the parents of Shahzeb Khan against the replacement of a public prosecutor in their son’s murder case.
