Dr Asad Usman laid to rest in Karachi

KARACHI: Assistant Professor and the Medical Superintendent (MS) of Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH), Dr Asad Usman was laid to rest in Paposh graveyard here on Wednesday, Geo News reported.

A large number of people participated in the funeral, held at Saddique-e-Akbar mosque in North Nazimabad. Later, the deceased was laid to rest in Paposh graveyard.

Dr. Usman, along with his guard was shot dead by unidentified armed men in Nazimabad area on Tuesday. He had been receiving threats and had hired a guard for personal security.
