ISLAMABAD: Ministry of Water and Power (MWP) has forwarded the names of defaulters of electricity bills to National Accountability Bureau (NAB) for the collection of dues worth Rs 100 million, Geo News reported.

Ministry of Water and Power sources said that a list containing names of 0.2 millions defaulters has been sent to NAB, adding that all defaulters hail from private sector.

According to the sources, the defaulters have not paid the bills for over a year having dues of at least Rs 0.1 million each.

NAB would serve the notices to the defaulters; in case of nonpayment, it would take legal actions.
