KARACHI: The Pakistan Rangers Sindh on Tuesday carried out raids in different parts of Karachi, arresting 30 accused, Geo News reported.

The raids were conducted in Sabzi Mandi, Jumma Goth, Malir, Hazara Colony, Khadda Market. Usmanabad, Kharadar and Old Golimar.

Rangers authorities said that 69 weapons including sub-machineguns were recovered from the possession of the accused affiliated with gang war groups and political parties.

They said that the paramilitary troops also removed barricades in six different locations in Lines Area of the metropolis.
