HYDERABAD: Former Sindh chief minister Arbab Ghulam Rahim said on Wednesday that he would not enter an electoral alliance with any political party in the general election.
Speaking at a press conference, he said though he had no differences with the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), he would become a wall when rights of Sindh were put at stake.
He said he had informed the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, the Pakistan Muslim League-Functional and the Pakistan People’s Party that he was ready for seat adjustment but would not enter an electoral alliance.
Rahim claimed that people were reacting to the PPP in such a manner they had dealt with him in the past but he feared the party would not accept defeat.
