Polls with reservations ‘a futile exercise’: Mengal

KARACHI: Balochistan National Party leader Sardar Akhtar Mengal on Wednesday said that he had informed the Supreme Court of Pakistan about his reservations regarding the general election through letters.

Speaking at a press conference, Mengal said that the election would be of no use if his reservations were not addressed.

Mengal said that he had sought applications from candidates aspiring to contest elections.
