Altaf condemns shoe-hurling at Musharraf

LONDON/KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain on Friday deplored shoe throwing at former military ruler Pevez Musharraf.

In a statement issued here today, the MQM supremo dubbed the shoe attack as an uncivilized act, adding that such acts would bring a bad name to Pakistan in the world.

Hussain demanded of the government and the judiciary to take notice of the incident.
