Most wanted accused Hanif amid 14 arrested in Landhi police operation

KARACHI: Fourteen accused including one most wanted were arrested in a police search operation in Landhi area on Wednesday here, Geo News reported.

Police said that a search operation was launched on the information that some suspected persons were present in their hideouts at Landhi 89, which on raids resulted in the arrest of 14 accused from whom weapons were also recovered.

A strong contingent of 500 police commandos including women police took part in the operation.

SSP East, Imran Shaukat talking to media said that the police during operation have also arrested most wanted accused Hanif alias Chitta. He also claimed that there was no ‘no-go’ area in East Zone.
