Faryal Talpur's nomination paper in absentia approved

LARKANA: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) candidate, Faryal Talpur’s nomination paper for Larkana NA-207 has been approved despite not being present before the Returning Officer on Saturday here, Geo News reported.

It may be recalled that Larkana NA-207 has been the constituency of slain PPP chairperson, Benazir Bhutto.

Former minister Ayaz Somroo had submitted the nomination paper of the PPP leader and sister of President Asif Ali Zardari, Faryal Talpur, who didn’t appear before the RO even during the scrutiny of the paper, yet it was approved in presence of Ayaz Somroo.
