Mystery behind Karachi SHO murder resolved

KARACHI: Mystery behind the murder of SHO Preedy Inspector Agha Assadullah has been resolved.

Police Wednesday said a bullet “accidentally fired” by his guard killed its officer. However, they said an investigation was being carried out as to whether the SHO's killing was a result of an accident or the gunman deliberately shot dead the SHO.

Previously, the murder was reported to be an incident of targeted killing.
