Five injured in violent incidents in Karachi

KARACHI: Five persons were injured in different violent incidents in various areas of Karachi while firing between two groups is underway in Landhi, Geo News reported Monday.

According to police, two persons were injured in firing that took place in Majeed Colony area of Landhi while a man was injured in Sohrab Goth firing.

Police told that two groups are having clashes for the past many days in Landhi no.6 and the cross fire was underway until last report was filed. Tension has gripped the area and its residents due to on-going battle. Shakil Hasan, 40 was injured due to firing while a man was also injured when a stray bullet was fired in Ibrahim Hydri. The victim was identified as Salim, 25.
